This portal intends to serve as an annotated, taggable bibliography that serves all portals based at this platform. The intent, as a prototype, is to explore ways to maintain an accurate, well-linked bibliography in support of research and activities associated with other portals. By centralizing a bibliography, we begin to see how literature spans multiple disciplines, revealing opportunities for further collaboration. Hopefully, we can keep this in alphabetical order. We may yet have to invoke paging to reveal either quantities of documents, or alphabetical paging as this portal grows in content. (1A)
